- All our products are 100% handmade and produced in a hygienic environment. Therefore, specific conditions apply to the return process.
- Return Period: You can request a return within 14 days of receiving the product.
- Return Conditions:
- The product must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.
- Custom-made or personalized products are non-refundable.
- Due to hygiene regulations, toys and textile accessories can only be returned if there is a manufacturing defect.

- Once your return is approved, you must ship the product to the address we provide.
- If the return is due to a manufacturing defect, Pasmanica will cover the return shipping cost. Otherwise, the shipping fee is the customer’s responsibility.
